Susana Blanco
Susana Blanco is Full Professor in Physical Chemistry at University of Valladolid. She obtained her B.Sc. in Chemistry and her Ph.D., under the supervision of Prof. J.C. López and J.L. Alonso, at the University of Valladolid. She hold a postdoctoral position at Oxford University, and got different grants to research as scientific visitor in the spectroscopy laboratories of Bologna University and Newcastle University, among others.

Juan Carlos López
Juan Carlos López is Full Professor of Physical Chemistry at the University of Valladolid. He received his B.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees in Chemistry from the University of Valladolid. He was a postdoctoral fellow at the CNR Bologna, Italy. As a scientific visitor he has worked at the Universities of Bologna (Italy), Lille (France), Kiel (Germany) and recently at the Max Planck Institute for the Structure and Dynamics of Matter.

Ibon Alkorta
Was born in Eibar (Basque Country) in 1963, obtained his PhD degree from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 1990 and was a post-doctoral fellow with Dr Hugo Villar (Molecular Research Institute, Palo Alto, California, 1991-1993). He presently works at the Instituto de Química Médica as Profesor Científico

Assimo Maris
Assimo Maris is Associated Professor of Physical Chemistry at the University of Bologna since 2018. She graduated in Chemistry in 1994 and got the PhD in Chemical Sciences in 1998 in Bologna. From 1998 to 1999 she worked at the Molecular Spectroscopy Institute of the Italian Research Council (CNR) and at the University of Bologna as a postdoctoral fellow. From 1999 to 2018 she was researcher and lecturer at the University of Bologna. Her research activity, based on molecular spectroscopy, computational chemistry and data analysis, mainly focuses on the detection, recognition and characterization of chemical compounds by both in-situ and remote sensing measurements.
